[Osip] How to build on windows?

I noticed a vsnet folder with a solution file.  I am using VC++ v6 so I
used a project converter from Codeproject to convert to a project format
my old compiler can understand.

I managed to create an osip2.lib file.  So hopefully I can now get
going.

May be you can try installing cygwin, and make, and give it a try.
