[Osip] Display name with special characters in from, to, contact and record-route

The "" characters are to be added by the developer.

This is true for all other elements: I usually cannot guess all possible 
format used by developper. That's why my choice is to let the developper 
make sure they fill rfc3261 compliant feilds into osip_message_t structue.
